Another reason why Korea is awesome: The Cat Cafe

April 24, 2011

Yup, its true.  Seoul has cafes where you can get a cat with your coffee.  All the cats roam around and you can cuddle and play with them as you wish while you sip on your drink of choice.  We went to Toms Cat Cafe and it was an amazing place for cat lovers.  The cats are hilarious, and being at a cafe FULL of cats is hilarious as well.  I had to document the experience so I took a video and some pics to follow.

Barista kitty.

Well hello up there.

Telephone kitty.

Silly kitty…you drank all the milk.

Seoul has many different themed cafes, especially in the Hongdae area.  “Bauhaus” is the dog cafe where you can go and play with dogs.  Also, there is the Hello Kitty Cafe, a Charlie Brown cafe, and even The Lamb Cafe which actually has a lamb that lives there.   The list of interesting and strange cafes goes on, hopefully I’ll get to visit some more crazy cafes soon!

Meowwwww (=^;^=)

I love the 90’s jams playing in the background haha this is just absurd. Please visit each one..and make your next stop the lamb cafe. I want a picture of you holding that lamb.

OMG…how cute! I love your captions too. I also look forward to pics from the lamb cafe, lambs are so darling! Hey…do they have a baby pig cafe? Now that would be cute:)

If they have a Bassett Hound at the dog cafe, please include a pic…we recently adopted a Bassett. Her name is Lucy and she is so darn funny, has a very charming personality!

love reading your stories, thanks so much for sharing your amazing adventure.
